This questionnaire gives me the full picture of how your business runs before we sit down together. The more detail you give me, the more useful our first session will be.

It saves as you type. Close the page, come back later on the same device and browser, and you will pick up exactly where you left off.
There are no wrong answers. If a question does not apply, skip it. If you are not sure, say so. "I don't know" is genuinely useful information.
It works on your phone. Though a laptop is easier for the longer sections.
